Pinot Gris is a semi-dry wine: neither too dry nor too sweet. It is universal: it can accompany an aperitif, your starters, your main courses, your cheeses and your desserts. Bright, limpid, light yellow, the bouquet is fine and subtle revealing notes of pear. Crunchy and fresh on the palate, it fills the palate and has a long persistence.
