Late Harvest Pinot Gris

The Pinto Gris Vendanges Tardives is sweet and fruity. The sweetness is due to the phenomenon of concentration of sugars caused by the fungus Botrytis Cinerea (noble rot). Light yellow gold color. On the nose, this Pinot Gris reveals notes of ripe pineapple, currants and dried apricots. On the palate we find aromas of figs in syrup and quince jam. The wine is silky on the palate and has a good length. This wine can only inspire you. Drink it for itself, or to accompany foie gras, exotic dishes or even candied fruit desserts.
