Pet 'Nat' 100% Muscat (natural sparkling)

The Natural Sparkling, commonly called Pet Nat, is an effervescent obtained by the ancestral method (natural fermentation). The only grape variety used for this Pet 'Nat' is muscat. Bright and limpid, very pale white in color, this effervescent presents a very fine bead of foam and small persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and delicate, and reveals notes of fresh and crunchy grapes. In the mouth, the bubble is very fine and the effervescence pleasant on the palate. There is also a nice refreshing and pleasant acidity, which brings liveliness and combines perfectly with the fruity and explosive aromas of this effervescent. Slight oxidative note on the finish. Original aperitif wine that will go brilliantly with your gougères, and cucumber roulades with smoked salmon.
