Malijay Vacqueyras

IN A FEW WORDS ... Pretty garnet red colour, limpid, brilliant. The nose is of a beautiful intensity, with nice spicy notes, pepper, clove, mixed with liquorice and ripe red fruit. The mouth is of a beautiful finesse, with an attack on the freshness, the fresh fruit, supple and coated tannins, and a finish of a beautiful length, elegant. Located in the town of Gigondas, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Palon estate of the Malijay house is a little gem which extends over 11.5 hectares and which covers two flagship appellations of the southern valley of the Côtes du Rhône: AOC Gigondas and AOC Vacqueyras.
