Born from the merger of several winegrowers, the Clocher Vert has settled in Saint-Geniès-de-Fontedit, north of Béziers. With 190 hectares of vines, the cellar is looking to the future with the transition of part of the wines to “Organic Agriculture”, “Terra Vitis” & “High Environmental Value”. With a strong regional imprint, the wines are made around emblematic and renowned grape varieties. VINIFICATION Mechanical harvesting, traditional vinification. Single guyot pruning. Breeding on lees.
