A wonderfully modern cuvée that combines all the attributes conferred by the exceptional geographical location and the terroir of the estate. A cuvée with great definition, depth and a multi-layered texture. A complex and more feminine wine with floral notes. VINIFICATION Plot-by-plot vinification in thermo-regulated vats for optimal management of fermentation with delicate punching down for 15 to 20 days. Aging in oak casks and barrels for 24 to 36 months to ensure aromatic complexity optimal. Bottling is done at the estate.
