It is a strong family symbol that Romain carries today by reviving the bottle at the Domaine. For five generations now in Urville, in the famous Côte des Bar, the vines of the Billette house have taken root on clay-limestone hillsides planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grape varieties. VINIFICATION Reasoned culture High Environmental Value level 3 grassed bluegrass in inter row. Tillage and weeding inter-row and under-row mechanics.
