Located in the town of Camélas, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, leaning against a hill of the Aspre which protects it from the Tramontana, the Domaine Bellavista looks out over the Mediterranean and the vineyards that surround it. The Domaine Bellavista vineyard now extends over 55 hectares and 3 hectares of olive trees. VINIFICATION Mechanical harvesting with sorting in the vineyard and in the cellar; complete destemming of the bunches. Light pneumatic pressing.
