The white wines of the Domaine – Pacherenc du Vic Bilh – are produced from two grape varieties: Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng. The white grape varieties are grown in the coolest areas of the estate. The proportion of acidity, minerality, low sugar content and touches of exotic fruits make it possible to obtain a range of dry and mellow white wines that are both subtle and well balanced. - VARIETIES 60% small Manseng - 40% Gros Manseng - VINIFICATION Spontaneous fermentation in barrels in our cellars.
