Grapes: Gros Manseng (40%), Petit Manseng (60%) Degree: 12% vol.alc Dress: Golden Nose: Dominant exotic fruits, particularly pineapple and mango. Slight menthol touch. Mouth: Nice roundness on the attack, nice freshness in the middle of the mouth and a very sweet finish. Serving temperature: 8 to 10°C Food-wine pairings: Aperitif, foie gras, blue-veined cheese, fruity desserts. Vinification route: Direct pressing, cold stabilization on total lees for 15 days, settling, fermentation at low temperature (18°C).
