A mineral shine in the mouth This dry white wine is produced on slightly calcareous and gravelly soil. This terroir will give the wine a mineral side while retaining the floral aroma of the grape varieties. These are three hectares, half of which are planted with a northwest orientation. TECHNICAL DATA Grape varieties: 30% Chardonnay, 30% Gros Manseng, 25% Petit Courbu and 15% Sauvignon. Yields are contained around 40 to 50hl per hectare. The harvest is manual.
