TECHNICAL DATA • Grape varieties: 50% Merlot • 35% Cabernet Franc • 15% Tannat • Planting density: 4000 feet / Hectares • Yield: 55 hectoliters per hectare • Vines worked mechanically without herbicide • Mechanical harvesting • Fermentation in cement vats TASTING CHARACTERISTICS • Beautiful purple red color • On the nose, a slightly spicy red fruit bouquet • On the palate, this wine is very well balanced, round, supple; it is characterized by qualities inherent in the typical tannins of the South-West sufficiently present without that they are not too imposing. • To be enjoyed at 18°C with white or red meats, with South-West cuisine or more appropriately with spicy dishes. It will ideally accompany a lacquered duck or entrecôte with candied onions.
