
This dry and slightly fruity white wine from the 2020 vintage is produced on slightly calcareous and gravelly soil. This land will give the wine a mineral side while retaining the fl oral aroma of the grape varieties. This are three hectares of which half are planted with a northwest orientation. TECHNICAL DATA • Grape varieties: 30% Chardonnay, 30% Gros Manseng, 25% Petit Courbu and 15% Sauvignon. • Yields are contained around 40 to 50hl per hectare. • The harvest is manual. • Fermentation takes place at low temperature in small cement vats of 20hl. • The wine is left on the lees for 1 month in barrels after the end of fermentation. TASTING CHARACTERISTICS • Colour: clear, fine and elegant nose • On the palate: Finesse of fl oral aromas, a structured fatty substance, without acidity. Long persistence in the mouth. • To be enjoyed at 10° as an aperitif, with oily fish, charcuterie or hard cheese.
