Dry white wine Andréa Bio 2020 IGP Périgord 75 cl

This wine is made from very special plots ("La Gravière", "La Route" and "La Carbonnière"), with very calcareous soil and facing due north. This real dry white wine for laying down is atypical in our region. It contains 75% Muscadelle from vines of more than 35 years giving it its subtle aromas. The freshness, the floral notes with a mineral mouth and a melted woody make its personality. The Sémillon from old vines, 25%, provides aging capacity, fleshiness and its racy side. It will blossom fully between 3 and 10 years or even more, as an accompaniment to fish and mature cheeses.
