Monbazillac SGN, Sémillon and Muscadelle, old vines on clay-limestone. This exceptional cuvée represents the most successful expression of noble rot. Each grape is picked with extreme care, sorted with the greatest care and checked meticulously. Nurturing care continues at cellar through the application of gentle and natural methods. This generous vintage is marked by an excellent balance on the palate, full of freshness. The aromas are those of botrytis above all: candied quince, orange peel and exotic fruits. The long aging gives it an impressive complexity with very warm toasted notes and extreme length.
