Domaine des Paquelets - AOC Juliénas - Prestige 2022

The Domaine des Paquelets is located in Juliénas, to the north of the perimeter of the Beaujolais crus. Strong in its roots, going from Jules César to Madeleine Dior, its plots of vines are full of historical know-how. Mr. Tassinari and Mr. Vallon, partners in the development of the Domaine, are committed to offering premium, authentic and passionate wines, offering a moment of "Festive Beaujonomie". The wines of Domaine des Paquelets combine fruit and power to remain in the mouth and in the memory of its consumer. WINE INFORMATION - Terroir: The grapes come from different terroirs of the Juliénas appellation. The parcels of volcanic blue stones and piedmonts are located at altitude which allows the wine to retain freshness and elegance. - Vinification: Manual harvesting, parcel vinification for 15 to 21 days, soft pressing and aging in new and old oak barrels. TASTING - Eye: Intense and deep garnet color with beautiful purple reflections - Nose: Nose open to well-ripened macerated fruits, black currant-type fruits, combined with spices such as black pepper. - Mouth: A rich, opulent mouth, it reinforces the impressions of the nose and offers a good length in the mouth which ends on slightly liquorice notes, and retains a beautiful aromatic freshness. The tannins are supple and fine.
