Domaine la Beyssannette - AOC Côtes de Provence - Red 2022

Located in Pourrières, not far from Sainte Victoire, this area of approximately 30 ha (+30 ha more brought to the cooperative cellar of Pourrières), extends over clay-limestone soils, led by the same family since 1920 and five generations. The estate is part of the Côtes de Provence appellation, and is HVE (High Environmental Value) certified. VINIFICATION Nocturnal mechanical harvest The vines are planted every 90 cm and the rows spaced 2 5 meters wide. Pneumatic pressing is done directly after the harvest and fermentation is carried out at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Alcohol content: 13.5% HVE (High Environmental Value)
