BIB 5L Côtes de Provence Rosés 2021

Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée COASTS OF PROVENCE TERROIR In the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Côtes de Provence, 30 hectares of vines in production since 2500 years. Héritage comes from our lands of the Terroir de l'Allamande, a clay-limestone soil in hillsides facing the islands of Hyères and Porquerolles. VARIETIES Grenache (55%), Syrah (25%), Rolle (10%), Clairette (10%). Manual harvest. Yield limit. Reasoned Agriculture. VINIFICATION Parcel and by grape variety. Cooling of the grapes then direct pressing, without maceration. Settling at low temperature, working the musts separately, alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tank. The wines then rest until the beginning of December when they are assembled. TASTING NOTES Rosé wine of great finesse. Under a lychee pink color, the nose reveals floral aromas of orange blossom and citrus. On the palate, gourmet notes of white-fleshed fruits coat the palate. Mineral finish. Serving temperature: 10° - 12°C
