Discover the Triangle d'Or Rosé cuvée for an unforgettable taste experience.CÔTES DE PROVENCE Vintage 2022 TERROIR The Triangle d'or cuvée comes from our vines in the Allamande region, only vineyards of the Barre de Cuers natural park, which are among the most of France, exploited continuously since ancient Greece. THE vines are on clay-limestone soils on hillsides that dominate the three islands d’or d’Hyères VARIETIES Syrah, Grenache, Vermentino, Cinsault Limited return. Reasoned Agriculture. Average age of the vines: 22 years VINIFICATION Parcel and by grape variety. Cooling of the grapes then direct pressing, without maceration. Settling at low temperature. Selection of muds. Alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. The wines are then rest until the beginning of December, where the blends take place. TASTING NOTES Rosé wine of great finesse. Mineral. Under a light peach color, the nose reveals subtle and elegant aromas of pomelo, lemon zest with a light stony veil. The mouth offers a round and greedy substance underlined by a lingering freshness. FOOD/WINE PAIRINGS This gastronomic rosé wine will be appreciated with dishes of great finesse such as duckling with honey and rosemary, potato röstis with smoked trout or gravlax salmon with dill. Serving temperature: 10° - 12°C Aging: 3-5 years
