Protected Geographical Indication VAR TERROIR In the heart of the Golden Triangle of the Côtes de Provence, 30 hectares of vines in production for 2500 years. VARIETIES Grenache (55%), Syrah (25%), Rolle (10%), Clairette (10%). Harvest manual. Limited return. Reasoned Agriculture. VINIFICATION Parcel and by grape variety. Cooling of the grapes then pressing direct, without maceration. Settling at low temperature, processing of lees separately, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The wines then rest until the beginning of December when they are assembled. TASTING NOTES Rosé wine of great finesse. Under a lychee pink color, the nose reveals floral aromas of orange blossom and citrus. In palate, gourmet notes of white-fleshed fruits envelop the palace. Mineral finish.
