Net Weight: 75 Cl Grapes: 10% Grenache (2 plots - clay & gypsum soils for the 1st and sand for the 2nd-) 90% Syrah (clay soils & gypsum, limestone) (Organic farming, indigenous yeasts - vinif concrete tank - some shedding then only pumping over - no pigeage - Aging in stainless steel vats for 13 months - SO2 controlled) Appearance: Intense with purplish notes. The nose: Marked by the dominance of spices the nose reveals red fruits black fruits. Palate: Ample mouth, fleshy and spicy power. The aromas evolve between fruits red and blackcurrant, fairly peppery blackberries.
