Net weight: 75 cl Grapes: 10% Grenache (2 plots - clay & gypsum soils for the 1st and sand for the 2nd-) 90% Syrah (clay soils; Gypsum, limestone) (Organic farming, indigenous yeasts - vinificent concrete vats - some shedding then only pumping over - no punching down - Aging in stainless steel vats for 13 months - controlled SO2) The dress: Cherry on a purplish shade. The nose: The Syrah, although present at 90%, remains tender and delicious. The 1st nose with its slightly liquorice aromas evolve towards peppery raspberry, black cherry finely peppered. The palate: Soft and round tannins, the palate is full and greedy, with a good length of chewable red and black fruits.
