Klevener from Heiligenstein

Heiligenstein Klevener is a sophisticated, full-bodied and well-balanced wine whose discreetly aromatic character is appreciated by gastronomy. This wine is produced with a single grape variety: Savagnin Rose. It is a rare grape variety only cultivated in Heiligenstein and a few neighboring villages. It has a pale yellow color, brilliant and limpid. Its nose is expressive, exotic notes with a spicy touch. It is loose and has a nice length. Generous and silky. Goes well with terrines, white meats, tarts flambées as well as fish accompanied by a cream sauce.
