Pinot Gris Rose

Pinot Gris Rose is the result of a delicate maceration of the grape variety, which gives it this pretty pink color. It is easy to drink and fruity at the same time. Rosy color, brilliant and limpid. Fine and fruity nose, with notes of vineyard peach, rhubarb and small currants. Fresh and lively on the palate with hints of wild strawberries. It has a nice balance between sugar and acidity. Ideal as an aperitif, to accompany grilled fish, salads, Provençal dishes or simply to sip in the shade on a summer day.
