Crémant ICE rosé

The Crémant d'Alsace Ice Rosé is a semi-dry Crémant, a curiosity developed in recent years in Alsace. Best enjoyed very fresh. Even better with ice cubes! This Crémant is made from the only red variety in Alsace, Pinot Noir. With a pretty pink color, this Crémant has a very fine bead of foam and small persistent bubbles. There are fresh notes of red berries on the nose. Once in the mouth, the fine bubbles accompany the aromas of strawberries and raspberries. The effervescence is pleasant on the palate. The fruity aromas of this Crémant counterbalance the pretty tangy notes. It is a balanced and harmonious Crémant, which will be tasted very fresh, with ice cubes for even more pleasure. It goes wonderfully with the aperitif, the end of meals with fruit desserts. Or quite simply in summer on the terrace.
