Mezcal Brothers - Pisco La CaPisco La Caravedo Quebranta: Pisco is a unique spirit of which Peru and Chile dispute the authorship. In Chile, it is made from the Muscat grape variety. Drier and full-bodied in Peru, it displays three distinct profiles (aromatico, puro, acholado) and several grape varieties can be used in its production. A brandy distilled from wine made from the Quebranta grape variety, the first planted in Peru by the Spanish settlers. This type of Pisco is slightly aromatic and is perfect for making cocktails without imposing its character. No aging before bottling. No added additives (coloring, sugar, water).
