Mezcal Pescador de Suenos Pechuga - 50%: Pescador de Suenos Pechuga is made from eight-year-old Agave Angustifolia. Cooked in a conical stone oven before crushing with wooden hammers, the agave ferments in Sabino wooden vats, before being distilled three times in clay pots. Small feature and not the least, fresh fruits are added between the second and third distillation, as well as raw chicken breast. Aging 12 months minimum in glass jars. Pescador de Suenos means “the fisherman of dreams” and Pechuga “sense of sharing”.
