Crémant d'Alsace Vintage 2013

This Crémant d'Alsace is made using the traditional method. It is an exceptional Crémant from the 2013 vintage. Two grape varieties make up this Crémant d'Alsace: Pinot Blanc Auxerrois and Pinot Noir. Part of the Pinot Blanc Auxerrois has fermented in barrels. This Crémant has aged 5 years on slats. It displays a pale yellow color, shiny, and fine bubbles. The nose is fine, with sustained aromas of ripe fruit. The palate is intense and pleasant. Buttery notes caress your taste buds and you can smell notes of ripe peach and pear. This Crémant Millésimé will be the king of special occasions. It is the ideal companion for your aperitifs.
