The ultimate elixir of Samaniego's terroir, transmitting the subtle-elegance, lenght and complexity from ancestral plots. The vineyards: three micro-plots located in the village of Samaniego, with its typical poor and shallow clacareous clay soils and over 70 years old. Yields below 500kg/ha. After a manual picking, all the grapes are manually destemmed and selected- long macerations and intracellular fermentations with indigenous yeasts in open French oak barrels (225l).
