Our icon wine, transmiting inherently our philosophy. Minimum intervention. Low-yield old vines (>60 years), estate-grown located in Saminiego, Rioja Alavesa. Manual picking, hand-selected grapes. Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with indigenous yeasts. 100% Tempranillo, 22 months againg in French barrels.
