This wine is the essence of the Garnacha tinta, cultivated 100% at the lowest altitudes of the Community of Madrid, specifically in the Vega del Alberche. The vines, over 60 years old, are lined up in a glass shape on sedimentary soils of granite origin, giving it precise mineral characteristics and a pleasant and tasty mouthfeel. The production process begins with fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 25ºC, extending over 10 to 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks.
