This wine is meticulously made using Garnacha Tinta grapes. The maceration phase, which lasts 12 hours, precedes a static bleeding and racking process, highlighting the purity and aromatic complexity of the raw material. The fermentation, carried out with precision, takes place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC over a period of 15 days. This thermostatic control guarantees the optimal extraction of phenolic compounds and the preservation of volatile aromas.
