Our hand crafted Rosado is made from the typical Rioja grapegrape varieties, 50% Tempranillo and 50% Garnache. Several plots located in the Rioja Alavesa and the Sonsierra area, with its typical calcareous clay soils. Average altitude 550m. Sustainable viticulture with 100% handcraft. After manual picking and hand-selection, fermentation at cold temperatures in stainless steel tanks, using especially selected indigenous yeasts. Before it is bottled, it remains a couple of month in contact with its fine lees.
