GRAPES 60% Syrah, 40% Grenache VINEYARD Towards organic conversion since 2012. Respect for the vines is one of our priorities. Production is maintained at 30hl/ha. VINIFICATION Picked at the limit of over-ripeness, these grape varieties give us a concentrate of aromas of great typicality. Vinification is carried out separately in vats with temperature control. BREEDING AND CONDITIONING Once the blend has been developed, aging will take place in vats on fine lees for 24 months. Its stability and balance allow us to keep it for 5 years. Vintage 2018 Deep colour. Expressive wine in a balsamic register, garrigue and spices. Round and fleshy on the palate with a liquorice finish. Harmonious whole, both powerful and drinkable.
