THE VINEYARD Towards organic conversion since 2012. Respect for the vines is one of our priorities. Production is maintained at 25hl/ha. VINIFICATION Picked at the limit of over-ripening, these grape varieties give us a concentrate of aromas of great typicality. Vinification is carried out separately in vats with temperature control. There is a MCO2 on the Syrah, followed by the end of fermentation in new French oak barrels. BREEDING AND PACKAGING The aging continues for 9 months in the barrel. Its stability and balance allow us to keep it for 5 years. Vintage 2019 Sustained robe, on a garnet shade. A real Carnival on the nose with notes of blackberry jam, vanilla Madagascar, sweet spices and a hint of grated cocoa. Volume and remarkable length in the mouth. Awards
