Controlled power and velvety mouthfeel: the suppleness of the wine is embellished with gently spicy notes. Assembly : 60% Grenache 40% Syrah Average age of the vines: Grenache 30 years old Syrah 25 years old Vinification: Maceration in tapered wooden vats Breeding : 16 months in concrete vats Tasting note: Nose of black fruits, fruit brandy and spices. The roundness coats a solid frame. Food-wine pairing: Melting shoulder of lamb with spices, smoked rib of beef with vine shoots.
