Vinification using carbonic maceration.

 TASTE APPRECIATION Seductive garnet red color, complex, fruity and evolving nose on notes of scrubland and spices. 
Full and complex palate with diversity of black fruits.
 OLD POTENTIAL – TASTING ADVICE 5 years, to be enjoyed at 18°c.
