Sunday Tuy awer at Granny n Da’s (tea over at grandma and grandads) This design is inspired by the Sunday evenings we spent over aside the auld folk for tea, granny hed a whistling tyettle (teapot) on the stove she always liked stewed (boiled) tuy. Auld Da would always sit in buthoose (living room) at the open fire then come trough for his tea when the auld (old) clock chimed teatime, I would often be made pancakes and Da would always have the saying ‘pancakes and doodly’ I asked him one day what the ‘doodly’ was and he laughed and said ‘am over 100yrs auld and I don’t know’ so to this day am still never found out what the doodly was?! Each product comes with a label telling the story.
