Agni and the rain

…Agni doesn't quite understand what it means to be poor. He only has one thing clear: his parents, Lalita and he are. And all the neighbors of the neighborhood, too. Because when the elders talk to each other, on many occasions they usually end up saying that they are poor. "It's not good to be poor," Agni thinks, remembering the sad faces of the elders when they say that word. In doing so they never smile… The sun sets at the same time for everyone in Bombay. Upon returning home, some will be able to open the taps to wash and prepare dinner. But the majority, who lack running water, will have to distribute the contents of the buckets they have filled at the public fountains among the whole family.
