Kamarg is the implementation of our vision of how backpacks should be made today: Fairly produced in Europe, with a minimal amount of plastic, extremely durable without built-in obsolescence, with real leather, incredibly easy to carry and plenty of storage space. Ideal for a day on the mountain, a picnic on the city beach, a week's shopping in the supermarket or an afternoon at the library.
Kamarg was first founded in 1949 in Graz, Austria, to provide hikers and adventurers with high quality backpacks. In 2017 the brand was relaunched by a small team of enthusiasts as part of a very successful Kickstarter campaign. We combine 70 years of tradition with modern craftsmanship and place robustness and simplicity in the foreground.
