Linalool thyme is an aromatic plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family and found mainly in France and the Mediterranean basin. The "term" linalool distinguishes it from other thymes (thymol, thujanol...)and designates its molecular composition rich in monoterpenols and more precisely in linalool. Monoterpenols are known for their antibacterial and antiviral properties which are effective without being aggressive for the body (unlike certain phenols, which include thymol).
