Kasisama is much more than a scarf: it is a story of encounters, creation and transmission. After studying artistic direction in Paris, Alix de Montalembert embarked on a journey through Southeast Asia. From the vibrant landscapes of Thailand to the silent temples of Cambodia, each country has nourished his vision and awakened his inspirations.
During this journey, the desire to create scarves capable of capturing the energy and light of each region crossed was born.
Kasisama was born in Indonesia, in the heart of a small family workshop in Bali. Each scarf is hand-drawn, then carefully printed on fine materials.
Far from standardized productions, each piece is designed as an object carrying meaning, culture and beauty. Behind every motif: a memory. Behind every fabric: a shared story.
