Emotion and Feelings Cards

In this little box there are 30 character cards. Each card has a different character on it showing a different emotion.   It is important to talk to our children about their different emotions and feelings and offer our children different strategies to cope with them.   The three key things to remember are: empathies, reassure and teach.  Our children need emotional support.   Try not to dismiss, disapprove or ignore.  Approach every situation with calmness, hope and a constructive mindset and talk about solutions.
