Mindfulness is simply paying attention to one moment at a time.   It helps children be in touch with their thoughts and feelings and gives them a greater awareness of how they're feeling in the moment.   Being mindful will also improve your child's focus, hopefully reduce any stress of anxiety they may have and regulate their emotions better.
