Van Ardi "Tor-Tori" red 2018

This ruby-colored wine with aromas of small black fruits, creamy plum, blackcurrant and black pepper, will convince you of its subtle sweetness to accompany your meat dishes but also your aperitifs. The vineyard (10 ha) is located in Ashtarak, in the ancient wine region of Aragatsotn. The soil is volcanic and rich in natural rocks and minerals. The land is positioned on hills with south-southeast facing slopes, at an altitude of 1,050m. The climate offers long hours of sunshine during the day and cooler temperatures at night. Our personal philosophy of winemaking also contributes to our terroir as we practice the combination of tradition, innovation and passion with viticulture and organic farming. The wine is made with a selective harvest, followed by primary and malolactic fermentation, clarification and filtration
