Mojito Old Tom Gin

The Mojito Old Tom Gin combines gin and the Cuban cocktail classic, containing all the ingredients of a real mojito. Juniper, coriander and citrus peel as well as a handful of other botanicals form the basis for the gin, the mojito aroma is created by whole organic limes and fresh mint. In addition to neutral alcohol, the ingredients are macerated with a little rum, after distillation the gin is lightly sweetened with white cane sugar. The Mojito Old Tom Gin is fresh, sparkling and sweet, has a unique Caribbean character, but on the other hand it is strong due to the high proportion of juniper and coriander. The Mojito Gin is summer and gin in one glass.
