Lemons are used to make most gins for a reason. Because the aromas of the lemon peel harmonize wonderfully with those of the juniper and complement and enhance them. We added the acidity of freshly squeezed lemon juice and just enough sugar syrup to the finished gin to achieve a perfect harmony of sweetness, acidity and the flavors of the gin. We recommend drinking it ice-cold and pure or as a gin sour cocktail. To do this, shake the desired amount of our gin and lemon liqueur vigorously with 3-4 ice cubes for 30 seconds and strain into a tumbler with ice cubes. Enjoy!
