These caramels, cooked in historic copper cauldrons, are made from fresh milk produced by Montbéliarde cows on the plateaus of the Jura massif. This very special milk, used in particular in the production of Comté AOP, comes directly from a Mortuacian dairy located just 2 km from our production workshops. A guarantee of freshness and an inimitable taste that smells of our land! These caramels are also produced with local butter made in a Jura Butter Cooperative.
