A feast for the eye, but also an unparalleled rich and royal coffee, characterised by a fine, sweetish flavour and an exceptionally aromatic and full bouquet. Aroma An exceptionally pleasant and full bouquet, with underlying hints of citrus fruit and peach, carried on a soft, silky and sensuous base fragrance. Flavour The first impression or 'attack' is dominated by a hint of fire, offset by a harmonic balance of fresh and sweet elements, with just a touch of lime. The middle is built around a fulsome biscuit flavour, accompanied by just the right amount of noble bitterness, resulting in a blend that has a discrete but distinctive roundness, whilst still remaining soft and supple. The finish is long, with a pleasing note of caramel.
