Oat and cocoa powder from Santo Domingo - Oats and cocoa rich in essential nutrients are combined in a healthy and energetic powder. - Breakfast : Ideal to mix in a bowl of milk or yogurt for a hearty and quick breakfast. Mix in a bowl: 50g of Chocoat with 50 mL of milk, 20g of honey (optional). Taste. - In a shaker: For a quick energy boost, opt for the shake for breakfast, as a snack or after training. Measure 4 teaspoons of Chocoat for 200 mL of drink (water, milk or vegetable milk). Shake. Let stand 1 minute. Shake again. Taste. -Bowl Cake : Ideal for breakfast or for a hearty and quick snack.
